Important Notes:

Please be aware of the potential dangers of carbon monoxide. When any exhaust pipe directly exits to the rear of the vehicle, carbon monoxide may be drawn into the interior rear of the vehicle. With camper shells or on SUV's, when a side window is open it further increases the the danger. With a rear exit system, you may find exhaust soot on the trailer you are towing. Therefore, rear exit systems should not be installed on SUV's or pickups with camper shells or where camper shells are used to carry people or animals. The Swept Side Single or the Dual Sport Truck side exit systems are recommended in these applications.

For the enthusiast who wants an aggressive sound and one of todays hottest designs, Gibson has created the Split Rear Exhaust System. It will work with most stock spare tires, bumpers, roll pans, trailer hitchs, and 4'' drops. The Split Rear Exhaust includes Stainless Steel Tips. On some vehicles, the spare tire may need to be removed or relocated.
Ron and Julie Gibson began Gibson Performance Exhaust Systems after being unable to find the right products for their motorhome. Like you, they needed POWER and TORQUE... and a lot more of it! After much study, they hired the best engineers and technicians and began producing prototype models. They set their goals high: a cost-effective system that delivered more performance for the dollar than any other system. In the early 90’s, when performance exhaust systems became popular for sport trucks and 4x4’s, Gibson realized that they could get the power and torque they wanted with a lower level of noise in the cab.
