SportQuest heavy duty Roof Racks provide a unique stanchion design, which gives a choice of configurations and appearance. These heavy duty racks can handle a 180-pound load capacity if evenly distributed on the crossbar assemblies. These racks are great for kayaks, canoes, bikes and other sports equipment as well as ladders. They are made of heavy duty galvanized steel with black powder coated finish. Sheet metal mounting hardware and installation instructions are included. All SportQuest racks come with hardware for two styling options. The pass- through style allows the bar to pass through the stanchion for a maximum load platform and gives a sportier look. The Flush Fit style fits flush inside the stanchion for a smoother factory look. Trim the cross bars and use the provided caps for a smooth finished appearance. SportQuest racks are ideal for vehicles without roof racks. SportQuest Roof Racks feature 4 different mounting systems: Pad Mount System, Track Mount System, Guttermount Removable Rack and Clamp Mount System. All Pads or track mount systems are permanently attached to the vehicle allowing easy removal and reinstallation of stanchion/bar assemblies.
